Join us in celebrating Africa Day in style where we’ll be having a Spring braai followed by Stu Walker (live music from a top South African musician) who will be playing for us so we’ll be able to have a lekker jive into the night.

There’s a lovely big grass field next to the pub where we’ll all have a braai from 1pm and then afterwards we’ll head into the pub for a boogie and a shuffle as we have Stu Walker playing live for us.

Bring your own braai, meat, tongs, deck chairs etc. (Don’t worry if you aren’t able to bring your own braai as we’ll bring a few with space for others too).

Please note that meat won’t be sold at the venue so best to bring some along

👍If there’s a bit of rain, please bring your gazebos as rain won’t cancel this event.

For allowing us to use their grounds, please support the pub and buy your drinks from them. We kindly request that you don’t bring your own drinks onto the premises.

Peace of Afrika will be selling delicious treats like milk tart, peppermint crisp tart, rusks, malva, lemon meringue and koeksisters etc at Afrika Day.

Cash and card accepted. 

Come meet some fellow Saffas and make some friends.

Kids and dogs are welcome. No entrance fee and no need to book, just come along and kuier.
