Blaise Castle Summer Open Days 2026
Location: Blaise Castle Estate, Bristol
Entry: FREE (donations welcome)
Opening Times: 2pm - 4:30pm on selected dates
Visitors can climb to the top of the castle ramparts to enjoy stunning panoramic views across the estate while learning more about the fascinating history of Blaise Castle from welcoming volunteer guides.
The castle will open on selected weekends, bank holidays and school holiday dates throughout the year, subject to weather and volunteer availability.

4th, 5th & 6th April 2026 (Easter Saturday, Sunday & Monday)
3rd & 4th May 2026 (Early May Bank Holiday)
24th & 25th May 2026 (Spring Bank Holiday)

4th October 2026
In addition, Blaise Castle will also be open on Wednesdays during school holidays and half term breaks from 11am - 1pm.
This is a lovely free family activity for anyone wanting to explore Bristol’s history, enjoy beautiful surroundings and experience one of the city’s most iconic landmarks.
