Step back in time and discover the prehistoric world of Bristol’s dinosaurs with this fascinating guided tour at Bristol Museum & Art Gallery.
Perfect for curious children and dinosaur-loving adults alike, the tour explores the ancient environment that existed long before Bristol became the city we know today. Visitors will come face to face with the museum’s dinosaur residents while learning how they lived, moved and survived millions of years ago.
The tour also explores why some dinosaurs became enormous while others stayed small, alongside the science and discoveries that help us understand these incredible creatures today.

- Suitable for: All ages, recommended for ages 6+
- Tour times: Tuesday at 2pm, every other Saturday at 11am, every other Sunday at 11am

Booking information
Tours can be booked online in advance or at the Welcome Desk. Online booking is available up to two days before the event, with limited tickets potentially available on the day subject to availability.
Visitors also receive 20% off the museum guide book with their ticket.

- Two wheelchairs are available for loan
- Foldable stools can be provided during the tour
