Join Compton Dando’s traditional Village Fete 1st July, 2pm - 5pm 

Compton Dando Village is pleased to bring back its ever-popular fete again this year.Join the village and it’s team of helpers for a fantastic family afternoon in the beautiful countryside. Located on Glebe field (opposite the church), you’ll be able to take part in classic fete games, coconut shy, community raffle, bric-a-brac stalls, live music, duck race and much more. The beautiful Compton Dando church will be open for visits to the Bell Tower, and the village hall open for delicious cakes, teas and coffees. 

The team behind the Fete have also been busy organising another fantastic raffle, including the chance to win tickets to Gloucestershire vs New Zealand T20 match. From face painting to ice cream to a Pimm’s bar there is something for the whole family to enjoy. They’ll be a marmalade and jam competition and the fete team are also taking donations for the tombola and cake stand, so please get in touch via the village Facebook if you’d like to donate or take part! 

All proceeds raised support the vital work of the village hall, St Mary's Church & Compton Dando Community Association.
