Happy HeARTs Arts Café - Art Journaling for KIDS workshops are all about positivity and mindfulness.

Your child will explore the power of art using positive messages, quotes, words or affirmations using collage techniques.

They will create using self-expression and creativity which will have many benefits to their mental health including improving confidence, focus and increasing happiness.

Parents can treat themselves to a warm drink and a delicious slice of cake from the lovely church café while the children enjoy some creative time.

Workshop Dates:
5th August, 2nd September, 7th October, 4th November, 2nd December.
10am - 12pm

All workshops cost £3.50 one child. Additional children £3 each.

Payment on the day by cash or card.

These workshops will be hosted by Jo Green, a Certified Therapeutic Art & Happiness Life Coach and North Somerset Artist.
