Montpellier Park
Montpellier park is a small park which offers a playground, empty court for ball games and a small picnic area. There is a wonderfully designed steal gate at one entrance to the park and a stone wall which has been coloured in chalk by the local kids at another entrance.
The playground offers swings, climbing frame and slides. There is a great picnic bench to one side of the park and the court sits behind the playground. The court is a great place to play football or tennis if you have the equipment. There is a tarmac path round the edge and which leads to different parts of the housing estate.
There are no toilets here and parking is on the street and very limited. There are a few bins and benches here but as there is not much green space it probably isn’t the best place to have a picnic.
